Full Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Coordinator to support our growing HVAC service department. This individual will be responsible for assisting daily service operations, reviewing and processing work orders, organizing manpower needs, and dispatching technicians. Strong computer and communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily field service activities to ensure service tickets, preventive maintenance, and repairs are completed efficiently and professionally.
Review work orders; ensure correct information is entered into the service management system.
Organize manpower needs daily, working with service and operations managers to adjust technician schedules to meet service demands and minimize downtime.
Serve as a liaison between field technicians and customers.
Keep accurate service records, parts inventories, and project documentation within company systems
Assist with customer communication related to scheduling, maintenance agreements, and service follow-ups.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in service operations, service dispatching, maintenance proposal writing, or related HVAC service administration roles.
Understanding of HVAC equipment, service processes, and industry terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and customer correspondence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Experience that would be considered a plus- HVAC Service Technician - HVAC Technician

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
