Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to travel to different locations that need front desk coverage. Candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in no fault and NJ workers compensation preferred. Must have car.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain office management tasks including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
Experience in clerical or administrative roles is beneficial.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
