Full Job Description

Sunbreak Therapy Services is hiring a part time Clinic Aide to work at our Beaverton location! This is an exciting position in a fun and dynamic multi-disciplinary pediatric practice (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Feeding Therapy). This position is Mon-Fri 3pm-6pm with occasional extra hours and in the office. It is NOT a remote position.

We are a fast growing practice so they will be very skillful at independently jumping in when they see a need, prioritizing tasks and getting on the job training. Job Description:

Clinical Support

Prepare therapy materials and equipment prior to sessions
Sanitize toys, equipment, and treatment spaces between clients
Assist therapist during sessions as directed (e.g., managing materials, engaging child under supervision)
Escort patients to and from lobby when appropriate
Help set up feeding supplies or sensory equipment
Restock therapy rooms

Administrative Support

Prepare and organize therapy materials and home programs
Make copies, laminate materials, assemble therapy packets
Maintain inventory of supplies and notify manager when restocking is needed
Support front office with basic tasks when needed (filing, scanning, organizing)

Clinic Operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and shared spaces
Follow all HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
Maintain professional, child-friendly presence at all times
Participate in staff meetings or trainings as required

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinic Experience, basic computer keyboarding skills including typing of 30 - 45 wpm.
Proficiency with Google Drive and MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities;
Proven customer relations experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts and to problem solve between parties.
Demonstrated evidence of strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently;
Willingness to serve as a positive and professional role model.
Must have demonstrated record of reliable attendance, punctuality and proven successful performance in past and present.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
