We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Trim Carpenter
Experienced Finish Carpenter – 5+ Years Required
Pay Range: $30 – $40 per hour (based on experience and capabilities)
We are looking for an experienced trim carpenter with a passion for precision and high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Install custom interior trim and millwork
- Install crown molding, baseboards, casing, and custom details
- Install interior and exterior doors
- Install custom cabinetry
- Build and finish stair systems
- Perform detailed finish work to the highest standards
- Assist with custom woodworking and fabrication in our woodworking shop as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of finish carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience working on high-end custom homes
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Own hand tools preferred
Lead Carpenter
Lead Carpenter – New Construction & Remodeling (5+ Years Required)
Pay Range: $30 – $40 per hour (based on experience and capabilities)
We’re seeking an experienced lead carpenter who can take ownership of projects while maintaining the quality standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities:
- Frame custom homes and additions
- Install siding
- Install exterior windows and doors
- Lead jobsite activities while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Work closely with project managers and subcontractors
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet our craftsmanship standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience
- Experience with new construction and remodeling
- Leadership ability and strong communication skills
- Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Construction Laborer
No Experience Required – We Will Train the Right Person
Pay Range: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience and capabilities)
We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of building beautiful custom homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters and project crews
- Load and unload materials
- Keep jobsites clean and organized
- Operate basic tools and equipment
- Perform general construction duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Hardworking and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to follow directions and work well with others
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation
