Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to engage audiences effectively. Your expertise will help shape our online voice, foster community relationships, and drive marketing success through strategic social media management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception and connect with diverse audiences worldwide.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that resonate with target audiences.
Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond promptly to comments and messages.
Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation and campaign adjustments.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to monitor performance metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize future initiatives.
Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility and organic reach across digital channels.
Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging while managing online reputation.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and engagement.
Monitor digital marketing performance metrics regularly to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement in social media marketing efforts.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with media editing tools is a plus.
Knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, features, and best practices for content marketing.
Familiarity with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social for audience insights.
Ability to analyze web analytics data using Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools to evaluate campaign success.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and engagement.
Experience in branding strategies, public relations, e-commerce integration, and video editing enhances your effectiveness in this role.
Strong relationship management skills for engaging influencers, partners, and community members effectively.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
