We are looking for a young, energetic, product-minded UX Designer / Front-End Developer who loves building clean, easy-to-use software and wants their work to have a real impact.
This role is UX Designer first, Front-End Developer second. You should have a strong eye for user experience, understand how users think, and be able to turn that understanding into clean, practical product improvements. You should also be able to implement those improvements yourself in React/React Native.
What You’ll Do
You will work directly on a live product used by real businesses every day. Your job will be to understand where users get stuck, design better flows, and help us make Friday easier, faster, and more enjoyable to use.
You will:
- Review existing product flows and identify where the user experience can be improved
- Speak with customers and internal team members to understand pain points
- Turn user feedback into practical UX improvements
- Design clean, modern, intuitive screens and workflows
- Implement front-end changes using React/React Native
- Work closely with our product and development team to move quickly from idea to shipped product
- Use modern AI tools to work faster, design smarter, and build more efficiently
- Take ownership of product areas and continuously improve them over time

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working on a live software product used by real users
- Strong UX/UI design instincts
- Experience with React
- Good understanding of modern front-end development
- Ability to turn product feedback into clean, usable solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to talk to customers and understand their needs
- Portfolio or examples of product work preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with payroll, HR, time tracking, scheduling, or business software
- Experience with designing prototypes using Claude etc.
- Experience improving existing product flows, not just creating new designs from scratch
- Experience using AI tools for design, coding, research, or productivity

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
