AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT YOU WILL:

-- Show properties and work with buyers
-- Market properties and working witH sellers
-- Phone duty: Answer phones for new business
-- Negotiate contracts
-- Manage sales
-- Host Open House events
-- Team building via Profit Sharing
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

-- Develop future property sellers: Build relationships at events, marketing, prospecting
-- Consult property sellers: Inspect, recommend repairs, improvements, pricing strategy
-- Design and implement marketing plans
-- Negotiate contracts
-- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title closings
-- Develop future property buyers: Build relationships at events, marketing, prospecting
-- Consult property buyers: Financially prequalify;,match needs with property and show
-- Negotiate contracts
-- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title closings
TAKE AGENCY OVER PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION
-- Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties
-- KW provides minimum 40 hours/month of in-person training at no-cost to agents
