About Iscream
Iscream is a fun, trend-focused lifestyle brand creating apparel, plush, beauty, stationery, and toy products that tweens actually want. Our products live in major retailers and specialty stores nationwide, and we're looking for someone who's plugged into internet culture and comfortable representing our brand in person to help us stay ahead of the trend curve — both online and on the trade show floor.

About the Role
We're hiring a Social Media & Marketing Show Coordinator to help bring Iscream's playful brand voice to life across digital platforms and in-person industry events. You'll split your time between creating scroll-stopping social content and coordinating our presence at trade shows, markets, and retailer showcases. If you're the person your friends come to for the latest TikTok trend — and you're also organized enough to make sure ten boxes of samples arrive at a booth on time — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content

· Create and schedule fun, trend-forward content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms
· Write catchy captions, product copy, and social posts that sound like Iscream
· Monitor trending sounds, hashtags, and aesthetics relevant to a tween/Gen Alpha audience
· Track engagement and performance metrics, and help turn insights into content ideas
· Support product photo and video shoots, including styling and behind-the-scenes content
· Assist with influencer/creator outreach and gifting campaigns

Trade Show & Event Coordination

· Help plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows, markets, and retailer showcases (booth setup, sample shipping, signage, staffing schedules)
· Prepare show materials, line sheets, and promotional assets ahead of each event
· Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure the right samples and collateral are show-ready
· Support on-site setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination at shows (travel required for some events)
· Capture social content live from shows to extend their reach online
· Track show budgets, vendor deadlines, and post-show follow-ups

What We're Looking For

· 0–2 years of experience (internships, freelance, or a strong personal/brand social presence count!)
· A genuine pulse on tween/teen trends, pop culture, and social platforms
· Strong, playful writing skills — you know how to write copy that doesn't sound like copy
· Highly organized with strong project management instincts — comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces and deadlines
· Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools
· Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events
· A collaborative team player who brings energy and follow-through
Bonus Points For
· Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
· Prior trade show, event coordination, or retail markets experience
· Basic photo/video editing skills
· Interest in the toy, beauty, or tween/teen retail space
