Full Job Description

Adecco is hiring for a Payroll Coordinator in the Newington, NH area! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced finance team. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay and the chance to grow your payroll and administrative experience with a leading manufacturer.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and on time
Review and maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
Audit timecards and resolve timekeeping discrepancies
Assist with payroll deductions, reporting, and documentation
Generate payroll reports and maintain confidential employee records
Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities
Assist with employment verifications and workers' compensation reporting

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of payroll or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience with payroll systems is a plus

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
