The Opportunity: Join our team as a Tennis Instructor and help grow one of the fastest-growing sports at the club. This position is responsible for providing engaging, high-quality instruction to members of all ages and skill levels through private lessons, group clinics, beginner programs, and special events.
Duties and Functions:

Conduct private and group tennis lessons for players of varying skill levels.

Develop and implement lesson plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and enjoyment of the game.

Lead beginner clinics and introductory programs to encourage participation.

Organize and facilitate tennis drills, leagues, round robins, and social events.

Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.

Support member engagement efforts and help grow participation in tennis programming.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the club in a positive manner.
Qualification Standards:

Tennis teaching certification preferred

CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.

Previous experience teaching lessons, clinics, or camps.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
