We are looking for a motivated, career-minded Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and achieving goals. In this position, you will help prospective and existing customers identify insurance solutions that protect them from life's unexpected events.

The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, professional, comfortable communicating by phone, and motivated by the opportunity to increase their income through sales performance.

Primary Responsibilities

Contact and qualify prospective customers to identify their insurance needs.
Explain available insurance products, coverage options, features, and benefits.
Develop insurance quotes and make recommendations based on each customer's individual needs.
Present insurance solutions and confidently ask for and close the sale.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Contact existing policyholders to review coverage and identify opportunities for additional protection.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Anticipate future customer needs and assist with policy renewals, upgrades, and additional coverage.
Assist customers with policy questions, concerns, and service needs as appropriate.
Maintain consistent sales activity and follow-up.
Meet or exceed established monthly sales and production goals.
Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional and confident phone etiquette.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow up consistently and work toward established goals.
Comfortable working in a sales and performance-driven environment.
Previous insurance sales experience is preferred.
Property & Casualty insurance experience or licensing is preferred.
1+ year of insurance sales experience is preferred.

Compensation

Base salary: $35,000–$40,000 annually
Commission and performance bonuses in addition to base salary
Successful producers can earn $50,000+ annually
No cap on commission earnings — increased production means increased earning potential
