Position Summary

The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the operational and financial administration of the business. This role ensures accurate financial tracking, organized documentation, timely payroll processing, subcontractor compliance management, and effective administrative coordination across active construction projects.

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong organizational discipline and documentation management
High level of accuracy and attention to financial detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Reliability, accountability, and professional judgment
Comfort working with financial and project management software

Job Specifics

50,000-$60,000 salary depending upon experience

Full‑time position.

Office Hours: 8:00 – 5:00
