PM Guest Services Manager

Location: Newport, Oregon
Schedule: Afternoon/Evening (likely Tuesday–Saturday)
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

We’re looking for a PM Guest Services Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, building strong teams, and creating memorable guest experiences.

About the Role

This role partners with the AM Guest Services Manager to lead front desk and gift shop operations, with a focus on afternoon and evening shifts. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience – supporting your team, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every guest interaction feels thoughtful and seamless.

What You’ll Do

Lead afternoon/evening operations at the front desk
Coach, support, and develop front desk agents and night auditors
Partner closely with your fellow Guest Services Manager to ensure consistency across shifts
Hire, train, and build a strong, engaged team
Step in to resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
Monitor guest satisfaction and team engagement
Support scheduling, daily operations, and department goals

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year hospitality management experience at the front desk required
Experience training and mentoring team members preferred
Night audit experience a plus
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WebRezPro experience preferred
