Job Description
The Vice President of Information Technology for PCC Airframe is a key member of the Segment Leadership Team and is responsible for developing and executing a technology and digital transformation strategy that directly supports the Segment's operational, financial, and growth objectives. This executive will lead the PCC Airframe IT organization, spanning multiple Divisions, while serving as a strategic business partner to operations, manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and human resources leaders.
The Vice President will drive the modernization of business processes, enterprise systems, manufacturing technologies, data analytics, cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities across the Segment. The successful candidate will possess a unique combination of deep technical expertise, strong manufacturing business acumen, and demonstrated success leveraging digital technologies and AI to improve operational performance, productivity, quality, customer service, and profitability.
This leader will be responsible for creating a technology-enabled culture that leverages automation, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven decision-making to support PCC Airframe's commitment to being a high-quality, best-cost, and on-time producer.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-year technology, digital transformation, and AI strategy aligned with PCC Airframe's business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Segment President and senior leadership team on technology investments, emerging technologies, business process transformation, and organizational change.
Lead the development of enterprise technology roadmaps that improve competitiveness, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
Maintain compliance with SOX, corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk mitigation, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity programs.
Establish governance models that ensure alignment between technology investments and business priorities.
Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and finance leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Lead enterprise-wide business process redesign initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, automation, workflow optimization, and digital technologies.
Drive end-to-end process standardization across Airframe facilities while balancing local business requirements.
Champion organizational change management initiatives to maximize technology adoption and business value realization.
Lead PCC Airframe's AI strategy and execution, identifying opportunities to deploy AI and machine learning technologies across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and business operations.
Develop and implement predictive analytics, intelligent automation, computer vision, digital workflow, and advanced reporting capabilities.
Partner with operational leaders to leverage AI for productivity improvements, cost reduction, quality enhancement, labor optimization, and predictive maintenance initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation that encourages experimentation and responsible implementation of emerging technologies.
Oversee ERP platforms and related business systems to ensure they support current and future business needs.
Lead major enterprise technology initiatives, including ERP modernization, manufacturing execution systems (MES), business intelligence platforms, cloud technologies, and data management solutions.
Ensure all applications, infrastructure, and technology services support operational reliability, scalability, and business continuity.
Guide technology architecture decisions to support long-term business growth and acquisition integration activities.
Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all information systems and data assets.
Establish governance processes to manage technology-related risks across the Segment.
Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing IT organization across multiple business units and locations.
Build organizational capabilities in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital manufacturing.
Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with key technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets supporting technology, infrastructure, digital transformation, and AI initiatives.
Evaluate investment opportunities and prioritize projects based on business value, strategic alignment, and return on investment.
Ensure effective management of technology resources and expenditures.
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality systems, engineering processes, and financial systems.
Experience implementing and scaling AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, and digital manufacturing solutions.
Deep knowledge of ERP platforms and enterprise business applications.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, governance, compliance, and risk management.
Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational change management and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex programs involving multiple facilities and business functions.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes.
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline required.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
Fifteen (15)+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
Minimum of seven (7)+ years leading multi-site IT organizations in a manufacturing environment, global experience preferred.
Prior experience supporting aerospace, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or similar highly regulated industries preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations, digital transformation programs, and enterprise technology initiatives.
Proven track record of leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to improve business performance.
Experience managing large capital and operating budgets.
Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards of directors preferred.

Relocation
Relocation is authorized for this position.
For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $228,000 to $260,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 50% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company’s performance in the prior calendar year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
The position will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Program
