Can you consistently follow state regulations, agency policies, and individual care plans to ensure that the individuals you support receive safe, high-quality, and consistent care at all times?

Are you comfortable providing respectful, person-centered support to individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, while also collaborating effectively with coworkers from a variety of cultures and perspectives to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment?

Direct support work requires teamwork to ensure that individuals receive consistent, high-quality care, even during challenging or busy shifts.

How do you typically work with your team to maintain the best possible support for the individuals you serve when a shift becomes stressful or demanding?

Are you comfortable assisting individuals with events, hobbies, appointments, worship, errands, and other community activities as part of your role?

Are you comfortable performing hands-on personal care for adults, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing, as part of your responsibilities?

Are you willing and able to attend all required trainings and complete ongoing education as scheduled?
Reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Consistent, on-time attendance ensures individuals receive uninterrupted support, maintain stable routines, and experience continuity of care in alignment with their individual service plans.

Are you able to meet attendance expectations, including arriving on time for scheduled shifts and following call-off procedures?

Can you work a flexible schedule, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays, to ensure individuals receive consistent and reliable care?
