We are looking for full-time applicants only that ideally would like a long term career and to make a home at our wellness centre for there next career. Once trained, this role will grow into a supervisor and managerial position. There is a longer training process for the position the ideally the position will start as a part time role to present training over a few months and then will transition into a full time role.
At present we are hiring for positions at our Wellness Centre and mainly need a new hire to take over operations of our Chiropractic Clinic Newton Chiropractic & Relaxation Spa, The Indoor Oasis. We will also train this worker cross-functionally to be available to work for both sides of the clinic. (They are both located at the same address but in different suites). The two main components of the role are listed below:
Customer Service & Front Desk Support:
At first, the Front Desk / Customer Service Concierge should help facilitate daily scheduled appointments for the following services: Chiropractic, Massage, Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy with Salt & Oxygen, 4D Massage Pods, Ionic Detox Footbath, Lymphatic Drainage, & BEMER. The Concierge will be trained as a wellness ambassador and will be educated on all the services our company has to offer. Additionally, the customer service representative will also be trained and educated on the clinical services the newton chiropractic & wellness centre side has to offer such as gentle, low force chiropractic treatment as well as massage therapy.
Billing & Patient Care:
The billing department as NCWC covers billing for chiropractic and personal injury case billing for auto accidents and we are looking for billing support that can articulate billings plans, copays, and deductible data to patients when they sign up for care. All patient are given treatments plans that are 6 to 8 weeks in time that care coordinators assist in booking for the doctor. Ideally we are looking for a representative that can grow in to this department immediately.
REQUIRED DAYS & HOURS:
We are looking for a full time position. Candidate should ideally be looking for investment in a career and growth opportunities. Please DO NOT apply unless you can work on evenings during the week & one weekend day. Our wellness center is open 7 days a week and we currently need staff to support both evening shifts until at least 8:30pm at night. We are offering shifts for both Sunday - Thursday and Tuesday - Saturday for schedules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet Customers with a friendly and upbeat tone
- Candidate has ability to grow into managerial position after training and onboarding term
- Coordinate and manage the patient flow for multiple services and products
- Important! - Set up and Clean-up the wellness services after each appointment. You must have a positive attitude about this aspect of your job and we do have a fast paced environment during most shifts
- Schedule patient appointments in person as well as over the phone – this could range from spa appointments to full treatment plans for chiropractic patients
- Take payments and answer basic financial questions for patients
- Use of patient management software and perform data entry
- Be flexible to work at the front desk, set patients up on treatment modalities and clean and prepare them.
- Learn and educate the benefits of multiple wellness services we offer to patients
- Sales Experience & And Ability to provide Patient Education is a must!
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs!
- This person will ideally grow into a manager of the clinic
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Front Desk, Administrative Assistant experience is a plus. Outstanding customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task in a changing and fast-paced climate and sustain a consistent amount of energy throughout different tasks
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated organized individual and ability to prioritize independently
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong initiative and the willingness to help with other departments when needed as a team player
- Professional in mannerisms and appearance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Enjoys Fitness and lives a healthy lifestyle (preferred)
