Full Job Description

Turner Home Management is looking for caring, dependable, and highly organized House Assistants to help busy families keep their homes running smoothly.

This is much more than a housekeeping position. Our House Assistants become trusted members of the households they serve by taking care of the countless tasks that give families more time together and less stress.

If you enjoy organizing, creating order, anticipating needs, and making a meaningful difference in people's lives, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Every home is different, but responsibilities may include:

Laundry (wash, dry, fold, iron, and put away)
Light housekeeping and daily tidying
Kitchen cleanup and organization
Meal preparation
Grocery shopping
Running errands
Organizing closets, pantries, and storage spaces
Restocking household supplies
Changing bed linens
Receiving deliveries
Coordinating appointments with contractors and service providers
Pet care (occasionally)
Other household management tasks as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Reliable and consistently on time
Kind, professional, and trustworthy
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
A proactive problem solver
Friendly and enjoys serving others
Comfortable working in private homes
Able to maintain complete confidentiality
Excellent at communicating with clients and our office

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Smartphone with internet access
Comfortable using apps for scheduling and communication
Ability to pass a background check
Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, nannying, home management, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available.

Typical shifts are between Monday and Friday during daytime hours. Some evenings or weekends may occasionally be available based on client needs.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
