Full Job Description

Park Aerospace is seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support our Accounting team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our business. If you enjoy organized work, value precision, and want to grow in an aerospace manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Accounting & Financial Support

Maintain and organize accounting files and records (digital and physical)
Enter daily worksheets into the general ledger system
Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Processing
Match invoices to receiving documentation and supporting materials
File and manage paid and unpaid invoices and statements
Print accounts payable checks and prepare checks/invoices for mailing

Administrative & Team Support

Type and prepare reports, records, and other accounting documents
Assist accounting staff with requests and special projects
Support monthly inventory activities
Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s success

What You Bring

Education & Experience

Payroll processing experience required
Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience a plus

Skills & Qualifications

Oracle experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting procedures
Strong computer and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
Collaborative, dependable, and willing to assist others
