Join our dental team as a Dental Receptionist, where you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator that keeps our practice running smoothly. You will manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, medical record maintenance, and front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities

Greet patients and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures using Eaglesoft.
Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate patient flow, and manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing inquiries
Maintain accurate dental records and medical documentation review to uphold HIPAA compliance and health information management standards.
Assist with insurance verification, intake procedures, and patient data entry while ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and ensure patient care plans are properly documented.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 37.0 per week
