Systems Architect

Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Systems Architect to lead the design, support, and optimization of enterprise business applications. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, enhance system performance, and deliver scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, support, and enhancement of enterprise business systems
Partner with business and technical teams to improve operational workflows
Manage system integrations, data flow, and application performance
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term solutions
Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and ongoing improvements
Develop scalable solutions that support evolving business needs

Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications
Strong knowledge of supply chain, operations, inventory, or order management processes
Experience with systems integration, data management, and business process optimization
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with ERP platforms and enterprise integrations
Background in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or other product-based industries
Experience leading enterprise application implementations or enhancements
