Position: Resident Assistant (Caregiver)

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant, you will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by providing compassionate care and meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Serving meals and assisting residents during dining services.
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Participating in activities, celebrations, and special events.
Supporting residents living with dementia with patience, kindness, and dignity.
Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition.
Responding promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
Completing documentation and following community policies and procedures.
Working together with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.
