This is not an inside sales job. Nobody is handing you a lead list. You are being handed a territory — Fort Walton Beach, Shalimar, Niceville — and told to go take it.

SETCO Services is looking for a closer. Someone who wakes up thinking about who they're going to call, whose door they're going to knock on, and whose business they're going to win this week. If the phrase "cold call" makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. If it makes you competitive, keep going.

You'll own this market. The wins are yours. So are the numbers.

What You'll Actually Do

– Hunt. Find business that doesn't know we exist yet and go get it.

– Build relationships that turn into repeat revenue, not one-time transactions.

– Get visible — chambers, job sites, referral partners, community events. If people in this territory don't know your name in six months, something went wrong.

– Run your own local marketing plays and make them produce.

– Know your competition cold. Know where they're weak. Go there.

– Keep a full pipeline and work it relentlessly in our CRM — no ghosted follow-ups, no leads dying in a notebook.

– Bring your team in when the customer needs more than you can deliver alone.

– Tell us what's working and what isn't. We want the feedback from the field.

What You Bring

– A track record of going out and finding business — sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred

– Thick skin and short memory. "No" is a starting point, not a stop sign.

– The ability to earn trust fast and keep it long

– Self-direction. Nobody is going to build your day for you.

– Sharp communication, real organizational discipline, and the follow-through to match

– Local knowledge of the Fort Walton Beach / Shalimar / Niceville market is a serious advantage

– Working knowledge of standard business and communication software
