Overseeing the Collegiate Nursing Program, the Academic Director of Nursing will steward a rigorous curriculum, high-fidelity simulation, and interprofessional education while advancing accreditation standards (CCNE/ACEN alignment), NCLEX pass-rate performance, and scholarly activity. The Academic Director of Nursing will also benefit from the Florida's award-winning school system that supports research and teaching excellence, and everyday inspiration courtesy of beautiful beach access that keeps faculty and students refreshed and engaged.

Reporting to the Dean, the Academic Director of Nursing will lead program directors, faculty, and academic support teams, with resources that include instructional design, a modern simulation center, student success coaches, and real-time analytics for outcomes tracking. The Academic Director of Nursing will guide accreditation and regulatory readiness, curriculum innovation, faculty recruitment and development, budget stewardship, clinical affiliation growth, and community outreach while thriving alongside friendly nursing students, compassionate educators, and a diverse, interdisciplinary healthcare team.
