Overview

We’re looking for a Garage Broker/Account Manager to help grow new business and support current clients.

You’ll work with a client service team. You’ll manage day-to-day account work and help with accounts of low to medium complexity. You’ll also support a senior Broker Account Executive/Manager on larger books of business.

This role is a mix of client service, account management, and new business growth. If you have Garage and insurance production experience, and you like building client relationships, this could be a great fit.

How you'll make an impact

You’ll help bring in new business from new and current clients.
You’ll support the service and growth of assigned accounts.
You’ll manage a set of less complex clients.
You’ll help keep internal tasks and client work on track.
You’ll lead parts of the client service team’s daily work.
You’ll support senior team members on larger and more complex accounts.
You’ll help make sure clients get clear, timely service.
You’ll use your Garage and insurance production experience to help support growth and client needs.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
License required.
You have experience in Garage insurance, account management, client service, or insurance production.
You enjoy building trust with clients.
You communicate clearly and keep people informed.
You stay organized and can handle several tasks at once.
You work well with others and are happy to support a team.
You pay attention to detail and follow through.
