Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. If you have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a background in restaurant management, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Develop and maintain standard recipes and portion sizes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new techniques or menu items as appropriate

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in kitchen management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha POS)
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training kitchen staff
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
