Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, handling check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events.
Support office management activities including supply inventory, order processing, and equipment maintenance.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client questions via phone or email and providing support as needed.

Experience

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is highly preferred.
Strong computer literacy
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse clients and team members.
Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles demonstrates strong phone etiquette and client communication skills.
Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, and technical proficiency will ensure success in this role.
