Role Description
Green Gable Restoration is seeking a full-time Job Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO.
The Job Coordinator is responsible for supporting Project Managers by coordinating projects from the initial assignment through completion. This position ensures that jobs remain organized, customers are informed, documentation is complete, and insurance and TPA requirements are met.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate job records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple restoration and reconstruction projects simultaneously.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, TPAs, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Schedule inspections, crews, subcontractors, deliveries, and customer appointments.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up to keep jobs moving forward.
- Maintain accurate job documentation in the company software.
- Upload photos, invoices, permits, estimates, and required documentation.
- Submit estimates, supplements, and required documents to insurance carriers and TPAs.
- Ensure compliance with insurance carrier and TPA service level agreements (SLAs).
- Track approvals, payments, supplements, and change orders.
- Communicate project updates to customers and internal team members.
- Assist Project Managers with administrative and project coordination tasks.
- Identify delays or missing information and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain organized digital job files from start to completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, restoration, insurance claims, or project coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
Preferred Experience
- Restoration or insurance claims industry experience.
- Experience working with homeowners and insurance carriers.
- Familiarity with supplements, estimates, and insurance claim documentation.
- Understanding of construction terminology and project workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
