Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office position in Springfield, MO for a Social Media Coordinator at Mouery's Flooring.

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media platforms while helping grow our online presence and strengthen our brand. This role will work closely with our sales team, designers, project managers, and installation crews to capture projects, customer stories, educational content, and behind-the-scenes moments.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and excited about building a long-term career in marketing. As our company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to expand into higher-level marketing responsibilities including website management, digital marketing strategy, event planning and coordination, vendor partnerships, email marketing, and overseeing our overall brand presence.

Responsibilities include:

Creating engaging photo and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Developing and maintaining a monthly content calendar
Writing captions and creating graphics that align with our brand
Photographing and filming completed projects, products, and team members
Editing short-form and long-form videos
Responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Monitoring social media analytics and making recommendations for continued growth
Assisting with website updates, blogs, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns
Coordinating with vendors and manufacturers on promotional opportunities
Attending company events and community events to capture content
Staying current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Qualifications

Experience managing business social media accounts preferred
Strong photography and videography skills
Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software
Excellent writing and communication skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Comfortable interacting with customers and employees on camera
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics preferred
Graphic design experience is a plus
