Full Job Description

Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant needed for Oklahoma City Welding and Fabrication shop ** business is moving to Noble in October **.

Must have QuickBooks online experience and general office management skills.

Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in bookkeeping, office management, or HR administration.
Experience processing payroll (Paychex experience is a major plus).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
High level of accuracy, especially regarding financial data entry and employee records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
