Full Job Description

McKallen Medical Wellness Center is excited to welcome a skilled and passionate Registered Nurse Injector to our team!

We are a brand new wellness center dedicated to providing a holistic approach to health and beauty. We are looking for an experienced RN with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administering a variety of aesthetic treatments to join us on this exciting journey.

About the Role:

Part-time hours: 2-3 days per week (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM) with the potential for growth.
Competitive pay: $40-$50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert consultation and administer a range of aesthetic treatments, including:
Botox and dermal fillers
IV therapy
Microneedling with PRP
Laser treatments, such as:
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
Laser hair removal
Laser skin resurfacing
Weight loss consultations and support, including administering Semaglutide and Tirzepatide injections.
Chemical peels and other advanced skincare treatments.
Build rapport with clients, understand their aesthetic goals, and create personalized treatment plans.
Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Adhere to the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
Collaborate with our team of wellness professionals to provide integrated care.
Contribute to the positive and welcoming atmosphere of our center.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing with the State of California.
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience administering Botox, fillers, IV therapy, microneedling, and PRP.
Proven ability to achieve natural-looking results and ensure client satisfaction.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for aesthetics and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Bonus Points:

Experience with additional aesthetic treatments [List any specific treatments, e.g., specific laser types, CoolSculpting, etc.].
Experience working in a wellness center environment.
Active on social media with a professional presence.
Experience administering Semaglutide and Tirzepatide.
Knowledge of various chemical peel types and application techniques.
Experience with IPL and other laser treatments.
