Full Job Description

Position Overview

American 3B Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – LATAM Distribution to join our growing team. This role will support our distribution partners and end customers across Central and South America and will work closely with the Director of Business Development, LATAM.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting international revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service, managing distributor relationships, and coordinating international orders and shipments. This position is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, inside sales, and international logistics who is comfortable communicating in Spanish via phone and video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Distributor Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for LATAM distributors and select end users
Provide timely, professional responses to inbound inquiries, requests, and order-related questions
Build and maintain strong, long-term distributor relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Communicate customer feedback, market insights, and service issues to internal stakeholders

Order Management & Logistics

Manage the full order-to-cash process, including quotes, order entry, invoicing, and follow-up
Process international quotes and orders with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimization
Coordinate international shipments using both direct and third-party carriers
Ensure compliance with international shipping requirements and documentation

Sales & Business Development Support

Introduce and educate distributors and customers on 3B Scientific products and value propositions
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
Support efforts to build and maintain a multi-year funnel of prospects and revenue
Assist in evaluating new products and international market opportunities and provide insights to management

Product & Systems Knowledge

Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all 3B Scientific products
Utilize CRM/ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage customer data, reporting, and communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, inside sales, or international sales
Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Experience with international shipments and distributor support strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to represent 3B Scientific professionally on a global stage
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, affiliates, and customer organizations
Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
Valid driver’s license
