ROLE

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented interior designer to join our team. If you have a passion for transforming spaces, a strong architectural and interior design background, and a desire to collaborate in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Requirements

Develop a preliminary floorplan design as well as interior design, including selections for all finishes, in line with the clients’ taste and budget, with the assistance of a drafter
Present designs to the client and respond to feedback
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently during construction.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve design-related challenges as they arise.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, integrating their vision and feedback throughout the design process.
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and best practices to deliver modern, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
5+ years of professional experience, with a focus on residential construction and specifically remodeling projects.
Proven expertise in floorplan design, finishes, and materials, and an understanding of the unique challenges involved in remodeling existing homes.
Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Revit, or similar tools; familiarity with Chief Architect a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary plus quarterly profit sharing for a total annual compensation of $80,000 – 100,000 depending on experience
401(k) with employer contributions
