Chandler Law is seeking a professional, organized, and service-minded Client Services Coordinator to guide prospective and current clients through each step of their experience with our firm.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be an important part of each client’s experience with Chandler Law. Often serving as a client’s first point of contact, you will help build trust from the very beginning and provide attentive, professional support throughout their relationship with the firm. By coordinating communications, meetings, document signings, and ongoing services, you will help ensure every client receives a seamless and personalized experience.

What You’ll Do
Client Intake and Communication
- Respond to prospective and current client inquiries by phone and email
- Facilitate introductory consultation calls with prospective estate-planning clients
- Schedule qualified prospective clients for attorney planning sessions
- Provide clients with access to required forms and secure document portals
- Follow up with prospective clients thoughtfully and consistently
- Maintain detailed and accurate client and prospect information in the firm’s CRM
Scheduling and Workflow Coordination
- Coordinate attorney calendars and client appointments
- Schedule planning sessions, signing ceremonies, and annual maintenance meetings
- Arrange for notaries and witnesses when needed
- Review calendars and workflows daily to confirm that meetings are properly prepared
- Monitor client matters from intake through signing and ongoing maintenance
- Complete CRM tasks and help ensure deadlines and follow-up commitments are met
Client Meeting Support
- Prepare conference rooms, documents, and materials for client meetings
- Print and assemble documents for signing ceremonies
- Collect missing information before scheduled appointments
- Prepare and send client communication packets
- Scan and upload documents to the firm’s secure client portal
- Help create a professional, organized, and welcoming client experience
Workshops and Attorney Support
- Coordinate workshop scheduling, materials, attendance tracking, and follow-up
- Assist attorneys with administrative correspondence and post-appointment action items
- Confirm that attorney and client follow-up activities are completed on time
- Help protect attorney time through effective scheduling, preparation, and workflow coordination
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and provide updates regarding client matters and workflow status

What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience in client services, legal administration, intake coordination, customer service, office operations, or a similar role
- Strong customer-service skills and the ability to communicate with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-step workflows
- Consistent follow-through and a strong sense of personal accountability
- Experience coordinating calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics
- Ability to maintain accurate records and detailed notes in a CRM or similar system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Comfort learning and using CRM, scheduling, document-management, and law-practice technology (Clio & Go High Level)
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Associate degree in business administration, communications, legal studies, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Previous experience in a law firm, professional-services firm, or estate-planning environment preferred but not required
Benefits
Full-time employees become eligible for the firm’s benefit offerings following a 90-day waiting period, with coverage beginning on the first day of the applicable month. Current benefits include:

Eligibility and coverage are subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans and firm policies.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position is based primarily in a professional office environment and involves regular in-person interaction with clients, attorneys, notaries, witnesses, and other team members. The Client Services Coordinator must have reliable transportation and be able to report to the Alpharetta office as scheduled.
The role also requires the ability to:
- Sit or stand for extended periods
- Use standard office technology and equipment
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- Remain composed and organized during busy or time-sensitive periods

Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Compensation Rage: $22-$26 per hour
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
