Make a Difference in the Employee Experience!

Wis-Pak, a leading manufacturer and distributor of some of the nation's most recognized beverage brands, is seeking a Human Resource Manager for our bottling plant in Norfolk, NE.

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role supports the day-to-day human resources needs of the facility and serves as a resource for employees and supervisors. The Human Resource Manager supports employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives that support plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support plant leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.

Coordinate and administer recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention activities to help meet staffing needs.

Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting timely and fair investigations and resolving workplace concerns.

Support performance management processes, employee development activities, and corrective action administration.

Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and required HR documentation and reporting.

Track and analyze workforce data, including turnover, attendance, and staffing metrics, and provide recommendations to improve results.

Support employee engagement, recognition, and communication programs that contribute to a positive work environment.

Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and other departments to support workforce needs and plant objectives.

Assist with succession planning, training initiatives, and leadership development programs.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the facility and broader HR team.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field and 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, or a similar production environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, and performance management.
Strong analytical, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
