At Indigo Kitchen & Bath, we don't just sell cabinets and countertops—we help homeowners create the spaces they've always imagined. As Hampton Roads' fastest-growing kitchen and bath company, we're building something different, and we're looking for exceptional people who want to build it with us.
We're seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Kitchen & Bath Design & Sales Consultant to join our team in Chesapeake, Virginia.
This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional customer experiences, and growing a successful business. Whether you're eager to build your own book of business from the ground up or already have a network of homeowners, builders, remodelers, designers, or contractors who trust your recommendations, Indigo gives you the platform to succeed.
Your reputation matters, and so does the company behind you. That's why Indigo is different.
With the largest manufacturing and distribution platform in the region, no one has the scale, resources, or operational capabilities that Indigo brings to Hampton Roads. We give our sales professionals the confidence to stand behind every recommendation with on-time, complete, and damage-free delivery, exceptional quality, and a portfolio of industry-leading cabinetry and countertop brands that serve every customer—from affordable entry-level projects to beautifully appointed luxury homes. No matter the budget or style, you'll have the right solution backed by outstanding value and a company that consistently delivers on its promises. When your name is on the recommendation, you deserve a partner whose performance protects and strengthens your reputation.
You'll represent industry-leading brands, work alongside an experienced and supportive team, and have access to the resources, inventory, marketing, and operational support that make it easier to win business and keep customers for life. We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and the opportunity to grow with a company that continues to invest in its people, its operations, and its future.
If you're looking for more than just another sales job—if you're ready to build a rewarding career with the strongest kitchen and bath platform in Hampton Roads while helping customers create beautiful spaces—we'd love to meet you.
