Job Description

As a Real Estate Closing Table Representative, you will play a critical role in facilitating and finalizing real estate transactions, including refinances, purchases, and sales. You will ensure all documents are complete and accurate, assist with problem-solving, and provide an exceptional closing experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the closing process for refinances, real estate purchases, and sales.
Inspect closing documents for errors, omissions, or necessary additions.
Accurately notarize and date any pages requiring a notary acknowledgment.
Address questions and assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the closing.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure follow-up tasks are completed efficiently.

Job Qualifications

Exceptional organization and time management skills

Education, Licensure, and Experience

Completion of a high school diploma
0 to 1 year of data entry experience
Licensed Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Virginia or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
Ability to obtain Virginia Title Insurance Licensure within 90 days of hire
