Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our collaborative marketing team. This position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in communications, public relations (PR), marketing, brand promotion, and campaign management.

As a Communications Assistant, you will support projects assigned by the Marketing Manager, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and help execute promotional campaigns and events. This role provides valuable hands-on experience while contributing to successful marketing and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing and communications projects assigned by the Marketing Manager while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Support the development and execution of PR campaigns, promotional programs, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team and key accounts to align public relations campaigns with customer promotions.
Support in-store marketing activities and promotional events to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
Build positive relationships with consumers and promote client services, products, and campaigns.
Assist with campaign measurement, performance tracking, and reporting.
Support marketing collateral, promotional materials, and visual merchandising initiatives to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, retail partners, and event staff to support successful campaign execution.
Maintain accurate records of campaign metrics, event production, inventory, and project progress.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance.
Bring creative ideas and innovative solutions to marketing and communications projects.
Demonstrate strong performance and initiative with opportunities for advancement into campaign management and senior marketing roles.
