There won't be any forced dispatch since you are an independent contractor but we can assure you that your earnings will be above the market average if you work closely with your dedicated team of dispatchers and follow their recommendations regarding the running lanes, regions, freight, market conditions, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASS A CDL OWNER OPERATORS
- US Citizen or LPR ( Green Card holders )
- 23 Years of Age
- 2 Years Verifiable Class A CDL Experience

Responsibilities
- Operate CDL A tractor-trailers to haul Dry Van, Flatbed, or Power Only loads across regional and over-the-road routes.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain timely communication with dispatch, log hours, and plan efficient routes to meet delivery windows.
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks, report needed repairs, and keep equipment clean and in good working order.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
