What You’ll Do
As an Office Manager, you’ll serve as the operational and cultural leader of the practice—leading by example and setting the standard for excellence.
Leadership & Customer Experience

Champion a patient-centered culture by modeling outstanding customer service
Train, develop, and engage staff to ensure a welcoming experience for every patient
Maintain strong team morale through active engagement and recognition

Communication

Communicate effectively with patients, providers, staff, and leadership
Participate in regional manager meetings and lead daily huddles and monthly staff/provider meetings
Proactively partner with the Regional Manager, meeting reporting deadlines and presenting solutions—not just problems

Day-to-Day Operations

Oversee daily clinic operations as a hands-on, working manager
Support providers and staff to ensure operational and performance expectations are met
Manage staff schedules and overtime
Oversee inventory control and daily receipts/collections
Ensure provider schedules are accurate, efficient, and fully optimized
Implement new company initiatives at the practice level
Troubleshoot issues and make timely, solution-focused decisions

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
A positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
Detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset
Willingness to support the office in whatever capacity is needed for success

Preferred Experience

Proficiency with general office equipment (scanner, fax, multi-line phone system)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with EMR systems
Understanding of HIPAA privacy practices
Familiarity with insurance plans and policies
Experience training and developing team members
