Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk entail:

Proactively contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue accounts and past-due invoices.
Regularly review and analyze the Accounts Receivable aging report to identify delinquent accounts, prioritize high-balance overdue accounts, and take appropriate action.
Investigate and resolve customer disputes, short-payments, pricing discrepancies, and missing purchase orders by collaborating closely with all departments within the company
Accurately post incoming customer payments, wire transfers, ACH deposits, and credit card transactions to the correct customer accounts in a timely manner.
Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing clients, set appropriate credit limits, and monitor risk to minimize potential bad debt exposure.
Document all customer communications, promises-to-pay, and dispute statuses meticulously within Karmak
Approve credit releases for customers as needed

Must be at least 18 years old
