Job Overview
The Program Coordinator at Brain Balance is pivotal to our organizational success. Reporting to the Center Director, this in-center, full-time position, is designed to oversee sensory, motor, and cognitive programming. The Program Coordinator serves as a leader in both program delivery and family experience. This individual demonstrates strong program knowledge, exceptional customer service, and effective mentoring and coaching skills. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality program implementation and positive outcomes for each student, while supporting consistent re-enrollment and center growth.

In this role, the Program Coordinator oversees, mentors, and supports coaching staff to ensure consistency, quality, and fidelity of the Brain Balance program delivery. The Program Coordinator is accountable for role-specific performance metrics and works collaboratively with the Center Director to meet or exceed monthly goals related to student progress, retention, and revenue.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Facilitating significant positive change in the lives of students aged 4 to adult.
Deliver direct student coaching and guide participants through all phases of the program, ensuring fidelity and consistency in implementation.
Oversee coaching staff, including training and program support.
Conduct welcome, progress, mastery, and re-enrollment meetings with families to review student development and program outcomes.
Support the Center Director in managing all aspects of client services and support.
Maintain a high level of proficiency in all phases of the sensory, motor, and cognitive programming.
Utilize online training to develop the center coaching staff.
Manage the implementation of program updates and modifications.
Exhibit a positive demeanor that fosters excitement and enthusiasm.

Successful Program Coordinators typically possess:

A degree in OT/OTA, PT/PTA, kinesiology, exercise science, special education, or a related field is preferred.
Work experience that highlights leadership, problem-solving, and team management
Three- five years of experience working directly with children, adolescents, or adults in a hands-on therapeutic, fitness, healthcare, or coaching-related field.
Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics to ensure high quality implementation and positive student outcomes.
Strong competencies in self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.
Profound empathy and understanding for students, especially those facing developmental challenges such as ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, or other special needs.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, support, and oversee coaching staff.
The ability to establish rapport, engage, and inspire participants while effectively managing and redirecting off-task behaviors.
A demonstrable commitment to the care and well-being of children.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to ensuring a memorable experience for students at Brain Balance.
The ability to maintain focus and effectiveness in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands:

This position necessitates walking, standing, bending, stooping, jumping, stretching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
