Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet Order Entry Specialist, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will drive efficiency in processing customer orders and managing data. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our order management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every entry. Responsibilities

Accurately input cabinet orders into our database and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
Maintain organized filing systems for order records, invoices, and related documentation to facilitate quick retrieval and audit readiness.
Collect and verify data from various sources, including customer requests, sales teams, and suppliers, to ensure seamless order processing.
Utilize computer skills to update spreadsheets, create pivot tables, and generate reports that track order status and inventory levels.
Perform data entry tasks with high typing accuracy and speed to meet daily processing quotas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to order entries or database records.
Support administrative functions such as filing, data collection, and basic math calculations needed for order verification.

Skills

Proficiency in using databases and ERP systems for efficient data management.
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and managing spreadsheets.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and fast typing capabilities.
Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, transcription, and clerical tasks.
Familiarity with order entry processes and basic math for verifying quantities or totals.
Prior office or administrative experience that demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
