Full Job Description

This company has served Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2015 with one mission: ensuring Spanish speaking
children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child. If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist looking for a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, they want to talk to you! Pay Ranges from 60k-85k DOE. New Grads Welcome!

This is a full-time permanent position for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City.
They provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

What You ll Do

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
Provide skilled intervention to support fine/visual motor skills, sensory processing challenges, ADL participation, delayed or restrictive feeding patterns, and overall functional independence.
Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation.
Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy students.

What Your Caseload May Look Like
You ll see mostly toddlers and school-age children, with some infants and adolescents. Patients may range
from 2 weeks to 20 years old. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, sensory processing
challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other genetic or
neurological conditions.

What They are Looking For

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
New grads and upcoming board exam candidate' s welcome
Passion for working with children and families
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
Mission-driven approach to care
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
