About Our Team
We are a collaborative team led by two experienced financial advisors, operating in a family office-style environment with a focus on multi-generational financial planning. We currently serve over 400 client families and advise on more than $350M in assets under management.
Our practice is built on delivering comprehensive, goal-based financial planning combined with thoughtful investment guidance. We prioritize building strong, long-term relationships with our clients—helping families navigate financial decisions across multiple generations and life stages.
Position Overview
The Licensed Paraplanner plays a critical role in the client experience and planning process, supporting advisors through financial analysis, client onboarding, and investment implementation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys both planning and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Planning Support
- Lead onboarding process for new clients
- Gather and input financial data into Money Guide Pro and CRM
- Prepare financial plans and run illustrations
- Review financial documentation
- Track planning agreements and deliverables
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Analyze client goals and financial situations
- Support development of planning strategies
- Ensure accuracy of planning deliverables
Trading & Account Implementation
- Execute trades and account transactions
- Monitor and verify trade accuracy
- Maintain compliant documentation
Client & Team Support
- Respond to client inquiries
- Collaborate with team members
- Identify process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years financial services experience
- Series 7 and 66
- Life & Health insurance license
- Experience with Money Guide Pro and Salesforce preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000 – $75,000 base salary plus bonus potential, Simple IRA with 3% match, PTO, and insurance options.
