Zinkerz High School Camp is a one‑week high‑school preparation residential camp focused on academic enrichment, study skills, and college‑readiness.

<Job Overview>

Overnight Camp Counselor — Babson Campus (June 22–29)
Summary
Seeking an Overnight Camp Counselor to sleep on campus and provide overnight supervision and support for the full camp session. Primary focus is on camper supervision, walking campers to classes, organizing activities, and general dorm oversight. Must be CPR and First Aid certified. Camp serves 24 students; all stays on Babson College campus with three supervised off‑campus field trips.
Key Responsibilities

Sleep on campus and provide overnight supervision, safety, and behavioral support in the dorms.
Supervise and escort campers to/from classes and scheduled activities on campus.
Organize daily routines, assist with transitions, and support camper engagement and behavior management.
Hold and securely store prescription medications; maintain an accurate medication administration log and follow written administration instructions.
Triage basic issues, provide first aid per training, and document all medical incidents.
Contact the Health Care Coordinator (HCC) for clinical questions or guidance and log communications and incident reports.
Notify parents/guardians and the Program Director for significant events or health concerns.
Accompany campers on three off‑campus field trips to provide supervision and first‑aid coverage.
Assist with general camp duties as assigned (meals, lights‑out routines, check‑ins).

Minimum Qualifications

Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience working with children/adolescents in camp, school, or similar settings preferred.
Comfortable sleeping on campus and being available overnight June 22–29.
Ability to follow medication administration procedures and maintain accurate logs.
Strong communication, organization, and behavior‑management skills; ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required; may be asked to assist with van driving if licensed.
Satisfactory CORI/SORI/background checks and required health screenings/immunizations.

Camp Details

Dates: June 22–29 (overnight on campus)
Location: Babson College campus (all campers remain on campus except three supervised field trips)
Camper group size: 24 students
