Additionally, during the summer months, we operate the Elm Grove Beer Garden, a favorite destination in Elm Grove, WI.

Position Summary
Third Space Brewing is seeking a part-time Social Media & Marketing Associate to work closely with our Brand Manager on bringing the brand to life across digital channels. This person will create on-brand content, from concepting and shooting photo and video to writing copy that fits each platform's voice, while moving efficiently across channels without sacrificing quality. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role. The Associate will be present at events and brand moments, capturing content in real time. They'll bring an understanding of trends in the craft beverage space and share that with the Brand Manager and stakeholders to keep the brand sharp and current.
Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to multiple locations and events
- Social Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, Communications experience or equivalent degree
Key Competencies
- Strong social media, photography, videography, copywriting, and graphic design skills, with proficiency in video editing tools (Edits, CapCut, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strategic thinker who can connect dots across competing priorities and find opportunities to align messaging
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently
- High degree of digital/computer literacy
- Keen understanding of demographics, platform trends, and the broader social landscape
- Ability to balance planned, forward-built content with fast turnaround on relevant trends
Essential Job Functions
- Plan, build, and post 10-15 unique content pieces per week across 3-5 channels, each with a distinct voice and visual style
- Produce a mix of static, carousel, and video content
- Create both platform-native/UGC-style content and higher-end branded visuals
- Attend brand events and activations to capture real-time content
- Create content supporting all Third Space Brewing business units in accordance with brand guidelines
- Content to include photography, video, graphic design and copywriting
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly content calendar planning
- Monitor and report on competitor content and emerging trends
- Collaborate across teams to unify marketing output and consolidate messaging
Job Conditions
Third Space Social Media & Marketing Associate will work in varied environments and will need to be flexible. They will work an average of 20 - 25 hours per week. They will work in the office, both Third Space retail locations, bars, liquor stores, beer gardens and at events and festivals. There will be some night & weekend work.
