Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing product information and recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions efficiently and securely.
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to enhance the shopping environment.
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting customers.
