SKIN | Medical Aesthetics Atelier is a nurse practitioner-owned medical aesthetics practice dedicated to delivering safe, natural-looking, evidence-based aesthetic treatments in a luxury, patient-centered environment.

As a growing practice, we're looking for an EXPIERENCED/CONFIDENT Nurse Injector who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and excited to grow alongside our team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse with experience in aesthetic injectables to join our team.

The ideal candidate is confident performing consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering natural, balanced results. While an established clientele is a plus, we are looking for someone with the motivation, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset to actively build and grow their own patient base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys combining clinical expertise with relationship-building and wants to be part of a collaborative, fast-growing medical aesthetics practice.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on facial anatomy and patient goals
Administer neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, etc.)
Perform dermal filler treatments
Perform skin rejuvenation treatments, including Skinvive®, PRP, and microneedling (based on training and practice offerings)
Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-care instructions
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Capture before-and-after photos with patient consent
Collaborate closely with the Medical Esthetician to create comprehensive treatment plans
Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare to support treatment outcomes
Maintain treatment rooms, inventory, and equipment
Participate in continuing education and advanced training opportunities
Represent the practice at community events, educational workshops, and networking opportunities
Create educational content for social media, including videos, patient education, and behind-the-scenes content
Assist in growing the practice through exceptional patient care, referrals, and relationship building

Qualifications

Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience required
Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
Excellent consultation and communication skills
Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
Comfortable recommending treatment plans and medical-grade skincare
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
