Job responsibilities, requirements, and details:
Performs set-up, support, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of stand-alone and networked PCs, software, terminals, and peripherals as well as presentation equipment. Support servers, workstations, and other network equipment as well as the network connections to managed clients. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements. These duties will be performed remote at our office via phone and or onsite at the client’s location.
Candidates should have basic working knowledge of various computer hardware including PC workstations, servers, terminals, printers, print servers, and various other business-related computer equipment. Working knowledge of both LAN and WAN computer networks. Wireless experience is a plus. Working knowledge of various Windows operating systems such as Windows XP, 7, through 10 and Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 through 2019.

- Be able to work independently and on a team while problem solving
- Be organized and capable of handling multiple projects at one time
- Be available to work on evenings and weekends, as business needs arise

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
