Business is booming, and we are looking for a few great people to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with all basic carpentry skills - installing windows and doors, finish/trim carpentry, installing cabinets, rough framing, etc, and who is also comfortable with a range of related tasks such as hanging or finishing drywall, installing flooring, or dealing with anything else you might encounter on a remodeling job.

- Aren't afraid to work hard and get your hands dirty.
The ideal person would also:
- Be comfortable taking ownership of the project.
- Have a working knowledge of building codes and a basic understanding of how your work interacts with related trades, including: plumbing, electric, hvac, concrete, roofing, siding, etc.
- Be a skilled craftsman and also a leader on the job, capable of getting along with others and directing a helper or coaching a less experienced teammate.
